By downloading or using the Eritrean AI App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
The Eritrean AI App provides a Tigrinya-speaking AI assistant (ጓል ኤረይ) with five core modes: General Chat, Legal & Document Advisor, Mechanic, Job Navigator, and Translator.
3. Crucial AI Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that ጓል ኤረይ is an Artificial Intelligence, not a human professional. You use this app strictly at your own risk.
- Legal & Document Advisor: The summaries and advice provided by this tool are for informational purposes only. The AI is not a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Always consult a qualified human professional for official legal matters.
- Mechanic: The automotive diagnostics provided by analyzing photos or sounds are estimates based on AI training data. The AI is not a certified mechanic. Any repairs or actions taken based on the app’s suggestions are at your own risk.
- Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality translations and job searches, we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI’s output.
4. Subscriptions and Billing (PRO Tier)
The app offers a Free Tier with a limited daily quota of AI interactions, and a PRO Tier for $5.00/month.
- PRO Benefits: Unlimited voice/text interactions, priority server response, and full cloud memory syncing.
- Auto-Renewal: The $5.00/month subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app to upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI,We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
