💳 How do I cancel my $5/month PRO subscription?
All subscriptions are handled directly by your device’s app store.
iOS/Apple: Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > tap Eritrean AI App > Cancel Subscription.
Android/Google: Open the Google Play Store > tap your Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > tap Eritrean AI App > Cancel.

📱 I am using the Free version and I lost my chat history. Why?
Free tier users have their data stored locally on their phones to protect privacy. If you uninstall the app or clear the app’s cache, that history is erased. To save your chats permanently to the cloud, consider upgrading to PRO.
🌍 Why does the app need to know my gender?
We ask for your gender strictly to ensure the AI speaks to you using the correct, respectful Tigrinya cultural terms, such as Hawey (ሓወይ – my brother) or Haftey (ሓፍተይ – my sister).
