Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. Deleting your account is permanent. It will instantly wipe your Authentication profile and permanently erase all your cloud chat history from our servers.

📱 Option 1: Inside the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Eritrean AI App.
  2. Navigate to the Profile Screen.
  3. Tap the Delete Account (ኣካውንትካ ሰርዝ) button.
  4. Confirm your request. Your account and cloud data will be immediately erased.

🌐 Option 2: Via Email Support

If you no longer have access to the app or have already uninstalled it, you can request account deletion right here.

  1. Send an email to support@eritreanai.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the Subject Line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your First Name and Surname in the body of the email.

Our team will verify your identity and manually wipe your profile data within 5-7 business days. We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
